PINUÀR PINOT NERO

Pinuàr is my own personal challenge. For me it is an important test, because Pinot Nero/Pinot Noir is a difficult variety to cultivate. It calls for lots of care and attention, but it is also able to give a great deal of satisfaction to those who grow it. I have always been a fan of Pinot Nero: my love for this vine has led me to travel all over Burgundy and indeed become that region’s ambassador, receiving the title of Chevalier du Tastevin. With my Pinuàr I want to demonstrate that Pinot Nero, on the Morainic Hills at Corte Quaiara, can show its quality to the full.
